All payments are processed through Stripe.

Creators receive revenue share; Greenz retains a portion to cover hosting and platform costs.

Access to purchased chapters is a license to view, not ownership.

5. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for:

• Subscriptions already renewed
  
  

• Chapters already unlocked
  
  

• Accidental purchases
  
  

• Reader dissatisfaction with content
  
  

If a novel is removed due to copyright, cancellation, or takedown:

• 50% of your most recent payment for that series will be converted to site credit (not cash)
  
  

• Credits may be used on other content on the site
  
  

• Remaining value is considered consumed services
  
  

No refunds to external payment methods except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original writing.

For fanfiction, translation, or derivative works:

• Greenz does not claim ownership
  
  

• Hosting does not imply endorsement or licensing
  
  

7. Copyright Complaints & Removal

Greenz cooperates with rights holders.

If you are a copyright owner and want content removed, email:

• Notify the uploader if applicable
  
  

We may offer revenue transparency or compensation at our discretion, but we do not guarantee payouts.

8. Content Uploaded or Provided by Creators

Creators who submit content agree to the following:

• Greenz is not responsible for legal disputes between creators and rights holders
  
  

Creators grant Greenz a non-exclusive license to:

• Host and display the content on the site

Creators may request removal of their works with reasonable notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass creators or users

• Upload malware, spam, or automated scraping tools
